Cesars Crack (formerly known as “Cavalino”) is a stunning horse in whom many of Europe’s most important bloodlines are combined. Not only is he a talented and versatile athlete, Cesar has one of the most willing and best minds we have ever seen. After completing the 70-Day Stallion Test in Germany with top quality scores, Cesar was imported to the United States in 2010. More recently, Cesar scored an “8” on his pedigree at his AHHA stallion approval.
Cesar is sired by Charisma, a son of the eminent Calido I. Calido himself won the jumping phase of his 100-Day Stallion Test, and went on to win more 25 classes for young horses. His offspring are world-renowned for their aesthetic, athleticism and impressive show jumping records. Calido has 45 approved sons and has produced 187 advanced-level jumpers (including several Olympic competitors) who have accumulated earnings of more than two million Euros.
Cesar’s dam is by Coriano Z, a stallion also known for passing his exceptional talent and temperament on to his progeny. Coriano Z descends from the famous progenitor, Corrado I, whose tremendous jumping ability is evident in the legions of offspring now performing at the international level.
Cesar recently made his debut in the hunter ring, winning ribbons and showing great promise as a USHJA International Derby competitor.
